Toilets and registration are located at The Sunnywood Hub. Public parking is available within Burrs Country Park and is mostly free. Entry fees are shown for affiliated and unaffiliated entries.

A pick-your-own medal option is offered alongside a medal free option; medals are subject to availability. An email briefing will be sent to entrants seven days before the event with up to date information. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
