Phoenix Running - Manchester - Burrs Bash

Phoenix Running Manchester is presenting a lapped running event at Burrs Country Park in Bury, Greater Manchester. The event is held in collaboration with The Sunnywood Project and includes a contribution from entry fees to support that community organisation.

The route is mostly hard-packed trail and riverside trail. The course uses a lap of 3.28 miles and has approximately 187 ft of elevation per lap. Runners may complete as many laps as they wish within a seven hour time limit. A well stocked aid station will be available throughout the day with items such as crisps, pretzels, cookies, biscuits, bananas, squash, and water.

Toilets and registration are located at The Sunnywood Hub. Public parking is available within Burrs Country Park and is mostly free. Entry fees are shown for affiliated and unaffiliated entries.

A pick-your-own medal option is offered alongside a medal free option; medals are subject to availability. An email briefing will be sent to entrants seven days before the event with up to date information. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
