Swissmurdie

Event overview

Swissmurdie is a trail running event on 1 February 2026 at Mundy Regional Park, Lesmurdie, WA (140 Palm Terrace). The event is organised by Perth Trail Series. Ticket prices range from $30 to $97 AUD. The venue will include a village area at the start/finish with food trucks and BBQ facilities, and the organiser notes Alphorns will be part of the event atmosphere.

Course options and entry

The event uses a colour-coded course system with distance ranges on remote trail:

• Green: 4-6 km
• Blue: 9-12 km
• Black: 12-16 km

Adult ticket prices shown on the event page are: Black $87, Blue $77, Green $64. Youth tickets listed are PTS Kids/Teens/U16 Blue $37 and PTS Kids/Teens/U16 Green $30. Participants may downgrade their distance on the day by notifying organisers.

Minimum age and experience rules for children:

• Green: minimum age 6. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the whole course.
• Blue: minimum age 12. Child must have completed three Green events before entering Blue and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for their first Blue.
• Black: minimum age 16. Child must have completed three Blue events before entering Black and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for their first Black.

Logistics

Bib pickup is on race day only at the start/finish. An event brief is sent to entrants on the Wednesday before the event. Courses are marked and organisers provide pre-race information. Registration remains open until the Tuesday before the event unless sold out earlier. A short pre-race briefing is held and attendance is required.
