Event overview

Feral Pig Ultra is a trail ultramarathon held on the Bibbulmun Track between North Bannister and Kalamunda in Western Australia. The event finishes at the Perth Hills Discovery Centre in Mundaring. The race date is Saturday 7 November 2026. Entry is limited across events, with a cap on ultra distances and a separate limit for the 23 km race. Every participant must check in at the Feral Village at the Perth Hills Discovery Centre. Mandatory gear is required for safety. The course includes rugged, variable terrain and has published cut-offs at aid stations plus an overall event cut-off.

Race services and rules

There are nine fully manned aid stations and up to three unmanned water stations. Drop bags are permitted for ultra distances and are collected at named aid stations; uncollected bags will be returned to the race office. Shuttle buses transport ultra runners from the Perth Hills Discovery Centre to the start; 23 km runners must arrange their own transport to the Kalamunda start. Pacers are permitted only for 100 Miler entrants, with up to three pacers and changes allowed only at crewed aid stations.
