The race is scheduled for Sunday, 15 February 2026 at Roundhay Park, Leeds. It is one of five cross country fixtures in the PECO Cross Country League, a club competition that includes separate men's and ladies divisions. Each race in the series is about 4.5-5.0 miles in length. The event is organised by the PECO XC League.

Course, facilities and entry

The course is cross country with an undulating profile. The event has an entry limit of 2000 and shows 1852 remaining places; a race licence has been applied for. The Race HQ and registration are alongside The Mansion at Roundhay Park. Facilities are limited to toilets; there are no water stations, distance markers, changing rooms, showers, or baggage store. The event is not suitable for wheelchairs.

Advance online entry for club members who are registered with England Athletics is listed at £7.00. Online entry opens 26 January 2026 and closes 13 February 2026 at 2pm. League entry rules state the competition is for clubs that are members of the PECO XC League and for competitors who are paid-up members of clubs affiliated to England Athletics at the time of the race. Affiliated members of non-League clubs may run as guests; unattached runners are not permitted. Guests do not contribute to team scores or to individual series points.
