Course Details

The Ouray 100 Mile Endurance Run takes place in the San Juan Mountains near Ouray, Colorado. The course has an elevation gain of 41,862 feet and features multiple climbs. The finish line is at Fellin Park in Ouray.

Event Information

The race has a 52-hour cutoff. All participants are required to complete 8 hours of volunteer service before July 1. This service must involve volunteering at a trail ultramarathon or performing physical trail work. An opt-out donation of $100 to the Ouray Trail Group is available. Participants who do not complete this requirement by July 10 will forfeit their registration.

A cash prize of $1,000 is awarded to the top male finisher and $1,250 to the top female finisher. Payment is contingent on the results of drug testing administered after the event. Racers are required to carry a provided SPOT tracker during the event.
