Ord of July - Payson, AZ

Ord of July is a mountain running event on Mt. Ord organized by GhostHead Productions in partnership with Asics. The run uses an out and back route totaling 12 miles on mostly forest road. The group meets at a dirt parking area one mile up from the entrance.

The event is FAT ASS style: there is no entry fee, no course markings, and no aid station. The field is limited to 50 runners. Participants will receive GPX coordinates for navigation and are expected to carry all their own nutrition and hydration at all times.

This event will not be timed and no results will be posted on UltraSignup. A first place prize will be awarded to the first male and the first female who reach the summit of Mt. Ord.
