One Foot in The Gargrave is a long distance walk and run held on 5 September 2026, starting from Gargrave Village Hall in Skipton, North Yorkshire (BD23 3RD). The route covers 23 mile through Malhamdale and passes Kirkby Malham, Street Gate, Boss Moor and Eshton. The published grid reference for the event is SD931541.

Entries open on 2 March 2026 and close on 31 August 2026. Entry fees are shown separately for LDWA members and non members, and a limited number of on the day entries may be offered if the maximum has not been reached. Total entries are restricted to the first 200 participants; entries will close once this limit is reached.

Participants are expected to complete the route within nine hours. There is a checkpoint at 16.2 miles (Checkpoint 3) that enforces a cut off; anyone not through this checkpoint will be asked to retire. Dogs are not permitted due to livestock and local farming arrangements.
