The 50K is a single loop that climbs about 8,600 feet and is about 74 percent single track, reaching near the Buckhorn Wilderness boundary. The 25K is a single loop with nearly 4,000 feet of elevation change and includes a 2,250 foot climb over 3.7 miles to the summit of Mount Zion. Logistics note the race headquarters is in a retired quarry accessed by forest roads about 12 miles after turning off Route 101, a drive of roughly 35 to 40 minutes. Cell signal is limited beyond Route 101 and some roads have potholes. Aid station, drop bag, crewing and pacer plans vary by distance; the 100K lists multiple aid stations, four drop bag locations and designated pacer pick up points.
