Normanby Hall Adventure Race : Normanby Hall Country Park, 4 April 2027

The Normanby Hall Adventure Race is a timed off-road event held at Normanby Hall Country Park. The route runs largely over the park's cross country horse course and includes water, mud, sand, crawl nets and numerous horse jumps. The course can include small hills and occasionally a swamp; its exact layout depends on recent weather and how the pony club arranges the course.

Available event options:

  • 5 km wave, open to ages 12 and up.
  • 10 km wave, open to ages 16 and up.
  • Junior Bale Jumper, for children aged about 4 to 11.
  • Do it twice option to run both waves and receive a special trophy.

Entry fees are published for each option and include park admission for the day. Field capacities are limited and listed per option. All finishers receive a medal and cake; event t-shirts are optional and designed annually. Profits from clothing sales support chosen charities, free charity places, community coaching, and venue hire. The event names Hope House Scunthorpe as its charity partner and also donates to the Scunthorpe & District Pony Club Charity. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
