Norfolk Cross Country Championships : 4 January 2026

The Norfolk Cross Country Championships take place at Earlham Park on 04/01/2026. The course layout is slightly changed this year; the start and finish remain near the cafe. The senior and U20 men’s race will use two laps. The course includes varied terrain with ups and downs. Spectators can see athletes across a wide area.

  • U11: 2.1k - Max age 10
  • U13: 3.1k - Age 11-12
  • U15: 4.5k - Age 13-14
  • U17: M 6k / W 5k - Age 15-16
  • U20 Women: 6k - Age 17-19
  • U20 Men: 10k - Age 17-19
  • Seniors & Masters: 10k

Entries are non-refundable and cannot be deferred. Transfers to another runner are permitted until 25/12/2025. Entry fees differ for affiliated and unaffiliated athletes. U13, U15, U17, U20 and Senior competitors have the opportunity to qualify to represent Norfolk at the British Inter Counties Cross Country Championships on 7 March 2026. Take on scenic trails through private woodlands and rolling fields at Stody Estate with 4, 8 and 12 km options, chip timing, eco friendly medals and event photos. Enjoy a post run refreshment zone serving bacon rolls, cakes and hot drinks.
