NAV4 LiAD Recce - Helvellyn to Ambleside is the final LiAD recce in the 2025 Lakes in a Day series. The guided training day covers roughly 11 miles with around 6,000 feet of ascent, featuring the Helvellyn range from Legburthwaite (Thirlmere) via Sticks Pass, Helvellyn and Fairfield down to Ambleside. Participants recce a key middle section of the course with NAV4 tutors and LiAD guides, focusing on navigation, gear choices, nutrition, event strategy, and efficient ascent and descent.

A long high level traverse of over 60 miles across the Yorkshire Dales from Ingleton to Threshfield on 25 and 26 April 2026. The route climbs more than 11,000 feet, is served by 25 checkpoints, and includes live tracking and on route food.

The Eskdale Elevation will take place in Boot on Saturday 25 April 2026. You can run 20 kilometers.
