The NAV4 LiAD Recce from Caldbeck to Threlkeld is a preparatory event for participants of the Lakes in a Day challenge. Organized by Joe Faulkner and the NAV4 team, this recce allows runners to familiarize themselves with the first section of the route, covering 12 miles with significant elevation gain. Participants will navigate challenging terrain, including the River Caldew and the ascent of Blencathra.
