NAV4 LiAD Recce - Caldbeck to Threlkeld

The NAV4 LiAD Recce from Caldbeck to Threlkeld is a guided 12-mile recce event covering the first section of the Lakes in a Day (LiAD) route. Participants navigate challenging terrain including the River Caldew ford, the ascent of Blencathra, and the steep descent of Hallsfell Ridge, with a total ascent and descent of 3,600 feet. The course features remote, rough fell terrain with grassy, wet trods and rocky sections.
