NAV4 LAW75 takes place from Saturday 7th to Sunday 8th February 2026. The route covers 75 miles from Skipton to Appleby and is the third running of this event based on Lady Anne's Way. Entry opened 29 May 2025 and closes 25 January 2026. Entry fee is £150 and places are limited to 100; there are 41 participants listed so far. Registration is organised in Skipton and the finish is in Appleby at the Market Cross.

Route, checkpoints and logistics

The route follows Lady Anne’s Way with some sections on the Dales Way and Pennine Journey. Major indoor checkpoints with hot and cold drinks, soup and food are at Kettlewell, Askrigg and Winton (Kirkby Stephen). Smaller vehicle points are sited about every 6-8 miles for water and basic support. Drop bags will be transported to the three major checkpoints (approximately 23m, 38m and 61m) and a finish bag can go straight to the finish.

Each participant will carry a GPS tracker. The route is on established footpaths, bridleways and trails and is marked in many places; participants are advised to use map and compass skills. Mandatory kit includes waterproof jacket and overtrousers, thermal layers, an emergency overlayer, survival bag, headtorch and spare batteries, map, compass, mobile phone, food and water. Public transport options include the Settle to Carlisle railway and local buses; organisers will offer a limited number of official recce days with minibus support for the middle section.
