Muddy Boots 10K, Ripon

Muddy Boots is a chip timed event held in Ripon and organised by St Wilfrid's Association. The main race covers an approximate distance of 10 kilometres on an undulating, multi‑terrain course that runs across farmland and through countryside, using a mixture of road, footpaths and trails. The race starts and finishes at St Wilfrid's Catholic Primary School, Church Lane, Ripon, HG4 2ES.

Entry is limited to 500 places; 475 places were listed as remaining. Entry fees are shown as £18 for affiliated runners and £20 for unaffiliated runners, with an earlybird price deadline of 15 November. The event is chip timed and listed as subject to race licence approval.

Facilities at Race HQ include water stations, distance markers and toilets. There are no changing facilities, no showers and no baggage store. Homemade refreshments are available to purchase at Race HQ before, during and after the event. The Fun Run is open to all ages, children under five must be accompanied by an adult, and all Fun Run finishers receive a medal.
