The Yonah Mountain Vertical Challenge is a demanding trail race held at Yonah Mountain Trailhead in Georgia, featuring steep, technical terrain with rocky, rooty sections and occasional scrambling. Participants can choose from a 25km race with 5,000 feet of climbing over three summits or a 50km race with 10,000 feet of climbing over six summits. New for 2026, a two-person relay option is available for the 50K. The event spans two days to reduce trail congestion, with an after-party at NoFo Brew Co nearby.
