Lady of the Lake : Blairsville, GA
Lady of the Lake is a timed trail event held on November 14, 2026 at Vogel State Park near Lake Trahlyta in Blairsville, Georgia. The event offers two timed options: an 8 hour race and a 4 hour race on a one mile loop around the lake. Participants may complete as many full laps as they wish within their chosen time limit.
The loop is gently rolling and mostly runnable, composed of hard pack pea gravel, some single track, and a very short paved section. The course sits at the base of Coosa and Blood mountains. Awards go to the top three male and top three female competitors in each time division based on the most complete laps; partial laps do not count.
An aid station at the start/finish provides typical race food including bananas, oranges, cookies, chips, candy, PB&J, grilled cheese, plus water, Gatorade, and cola. The race is cupless, so participants must carry their own water bottle or hydration pack.
Race entry includes a jacket and a finisher medal. Shirt deadline is October 14. Registration closes on November 11. Proceeds will benefit Vogel State Park. Refunds are available at 100 percent until three months before the event; after that date no refunds are offered.
