Lady of the Lake - Blairsville

Blairsville, United States • 14 Nov 2026

Event

The Lady of the Lake race takes place in Blairsville, Georgia, at Vogel State Park on Saturday, November 14, 2026. The event offers two timed divisions: 8 hours and 4 hours. Registration closes on Wednesday, November 11 at 11:59 PM ET.

Course

Runners complete a 1-mile trail loop around Lake Trahlyta at the base of Coosa and Blood mountains. The trail is gently rolling and consists mainly of hard-pack pea gravel, some single track, and a very short paved section.

Format and awards

Participants may run as many or as few laps as they wish within their chosen time division. Only complete laps count; no partial laps are accepted. Awards are given to the top three male and top three female finishers in each of the 4-hour and 8-hour divisions. Race entry includes a jacket and a finisher medal. Shirt orders have an October 14 deadline.

Aid, lodging, refunds, and charity

An aid station at the start/finish provides food (bananas, oranges, cookies, chips, candy, PB&J, grilled cheese, and more) and drinks (water, Gatorade, Coke). The race is cupless, so runners should carry their own bottle or hydration pack. Lodging options listed include Vogel State Park cabins and camping, Blood Mountain Cabins, and Relaxing in Blue Ridge. Runners may receive a 100% refund until three months before the race; after that, no refunds are offered. Proceeds will benefit Vogel State Park.
