The 2026 Mt. Tam Wild Boar Half Marathon & 10K is scheduled for April 25, 2026 in Mt. Tamalpais State Park, Mill Valley, CA. The event is the 38th annual running and is limited to 300 participants. Distances offered:

Course and logistics
The course follows a combination of paved roadways and dirt single-track trails along Bolinas Ridge, beginning at Rock Springs and offering views of Bolinas Lagoon, the Pacific Ocean and the Marin County watershed. 10K runners turn left onto Willow Camp Trail to return to Rock Springs via the Coastal Trail. Half marathoners continue to Bolinas/Fairfax Road and return via the Coastal Trail. The course is marked with orange ribbon; a course monitor will direct 10K runners and the half marathon turnaround is signed.
Aid stations: the 10K has one aid station at mile 5; the half marathon has aid stations at miles 2.35, 7 and 12. Food and drink will be available at the finish. Organizers advise participants to carry water. Course cut-off time is 3 hours (13:45 min/mile pace for half marathon, 29 min/mile for 10K).
Bibs are mailed beginning two weeks before the event; unreceived bibs may be picked up on race morning. Parking is available at the Rock Springs parking area. Headphones and other audio devices are not allowed on course. T-shirts are provided to all participants; medals are awarded to all half marathon finishers.
