Berkeley Trail Adventure is a trail running event organized by Inside Trail Racing at Tilden Regional Park in Berkeley, California. The event offers multiple distances and a limit on total entrants.

Courses run through shaded sections lined with coast live oak and eucalyptus, and include open, exposed segments with views of the bay, the Golden Gate Bridge, and Mount Tamalpais on clear days. Aid stations are located approximately every 5 to 7 miles and provide a variety of food and drinks, electrolyte mix, and basic first aid items. Aid stations do not supply anti-inflammatory medicine.
This is a cupless event; participants must carry their own water bottle or reusable cup. Collapsible reusable cups will be available for purchase at the event for $5. Organizers advise runners to carry at least one 20 oz bottle for longer distances. There is an 8.5 hour time limit for the 50K.
Parking is available free of charge at Lake Anza in Tilden Park. Early bib pickup is scheduled the day before the race at Sports Basement in Berkeley. Race capacity is 350 entrants across all distances. Awards include custom trophies for overall top finishers, medals for all finishers, age-group medals, a pint glass for 50K finishers, and a special item for each distance winner.
