Skyline 50K Endurance Run (early August 2026)
Skyline 50K is presented as one of the oldest continuously running 50k races in the United States. The event is scheduled for early August 2026 and is based at Lake Chabot Marina in Castro Valley, California. The 50k course is a large loop through East Bay Regional Parks and reaches Skyline Gate. A half marathon also uses a looped course starting and finishing at Lake Chabot Marina. Organizers describe the 50k as suitable for first-time ultrarunners as well as returning participants.

- Aid station support is provided by local running groups and a Volunteer Safety Patrol offers direction at key intersections.

- All runners receive a race shirt, Skyline socks, and a finisher medal. Awards are given to overall winners and three deep by age group.
