The Inflatable 5K in Glasgow is an obstacle-course event built around large inflatable structures. The course is a 2.5 km lap with repeating inflatable obstacles and music zones along the route. Distances available include:

  • 2.5k - 15 obstacles
  • 5k - 30 obstacles
  • 10k - 60 obstacles
  • 15k - 90 obstacles

Each distance consists of whole laps of the 2.5 km circuit. The event provides a finisher's medal, a finish-line goodie bag, event photography, medical cover and a post-event drink. There are pumping music zones on course and a water station positioned roughly midway along the lap.

Practical information on the day includes paid parking at £5 per car, a bag drop service at £3 per bag with size limits, on-site toilets, and food and drink vendors. Dogs are not permitted. Spectators may use designated viewing areas free of charge and must remain off the marked course and obstacles.

Entry rules note that children aged 5 to 15 must be accompanied by a paying participating adult at a 3 to 1 child to adult ratio.
