The Inflatable 5K in Glasgow is an outdoor inflatable obstacle course event held at Strathclyde Country Park, Motherwell, Glasgow, Lanarkshire (ML1 3ED) on 29 August 2026. The course is organised as a 2.5 km lap with participants able to choose from multiple distance options. Each lap repeats the same sequence of inflatable obstacles.

Distances available

• 2.5 km : one lap, 15 obstacles
• 5 km : two laps, 30 obstacles
• 10 km : four laps, 60 obstacles
• 15 km : six laps, 90 obstacles

Event features include giant inflatable obstacles, five music zones along the route, a finishers medal, a goodie bag, and a post-run drink. Water is provided at a station midway on the route. Facilities at the venue include toilets, food and drink vendors, and charged parking at £5 per car. A bag drop is offered for £3 per bag with restrictions on size and loose items; all bags are subject to search for safety.

Entry rules state adults are 16 and over and children aged 5 to 15 must be accompanied by a paying participating adult at a maximum ratio of three children to one adult. Spectators may watch from designated areas only. Dogs are not permitted. Volunteers receive a free run entry, an event T-shirt, and a tote bag.
