The Inflatable 5K in Glasgow is an inflatable obstacle course event held on Saturday 29 August 2026. The course is made of repeatable laps of a 2.5 km circuit with large inflatable obstacles. Distances offered are based on repeating the lap and include medals, a finishers goodie bag and a post run drink. Event features on course hydration, medical cover, event photography, music zones and a clearly marked route. Organisers state there is no timing for the event.
New obstacles have been added so the 5 km distance contains 30 inflatable obstacles. The lap and obstacle structure is listed as follows:
- 2.5k : 1 lap, 15 obstacles
- 5k : 2 laps, 30 obstacles
- 10k : 4 laps, 60 obstacles
- 15k : 6 laps, 90 obstacles
Participants are grouped by age categories with adult entry for 16 and over and child entry for ages 5 to 15. Children aged 5 to 15 must be accompanied by a paying participating adult at a maximum ratio of three children to one adult. Spectators may watch from designated spectator areas free of charge.
