The Mile 0 Flint Hills Trail Race takes place on April 25, 2026, at the Mile 0 Trailhead in Osawatomie, Kansas (1400 South St). Distances offered include:

All distances are run as one out-and-back courses on the Flint Hills Trail.

Course, services and policies

The course is entirely on flat, crushed gravel trail. Manned aid stations are placed at approximately every 5.0 miles and unmanned water stations are available about every 2.5 miles. Manned stations provide water, Hammer nutrition products and electrolyte drinks, snack foods, sandwiches, chips, candy, and gels. On-course timers and computerized finish times are used for all races.

Entries for the 50K, 20 Mile, and 10 Mile include a unisex technical race shirt, fully stocked aid stations, pre- and post-race food, complimentary race photos, sponsor swag, and distance-specific finisher hardware. Fun Run entries include stocked aid stations, pre- and post-race food, complimentary photos, and a lapel pin; participants are responsible for their own timing. Register by March 15 to guarantee shirt size. The event has a no refund, no transfer policy; deferral to the same race the following year is allowed with at least 10 days notice.
