Ultrapalooza is an ultrarunning event organized by Midwest Endurance Race Co. held on the Flint Hills Trail in Osawatomie, Kansas. The event uses an out and back format on a mostly straight, flat crushed gravel course that follows former rail beds and towpath trail through tallgrass prairie, riparian woodlands, and farmland. The Flint Hills Trail is the longest trail in Kansas and follows portions of the Santa Fe National Historic Trail and the American Discovery Trail.

Time limits apply by distance, for example 30 hour limits for the longest events and shorter limits for the 50K, marathon and half marathon. Pacers are permitted for the 100 Miler, 100K and 50 Miler with specific mile restrictions, waiver requirements, and bib rules.

The main hub is the Mile 0 Flint Hills trail head, which serves as the start and finish area and offers space for crews, music, a food truck and restrooms. Runners must submit a completed medical information sheet at packet pickup. Drop bag rules limit one bag per person at each manned aid station and require clear labeling. The event is part of the Kansas Super Slam of Ultrarunning Series. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
