Ultrapalooza is a multi-distance trail event held on the Flint Hills Trail in Osawatomie, Kansas. Distances offered include:

- 10K
- 5K
The course is an out and back route composed of single track, old railroad beds and towpath trail. The surface is flat, crushed gravel, largely straight, marked and staffed. The route crosses the Flint Hills and the eastern sections run alongside the Marais Des Cygnes River, passing bluffs, rolling farmland and riparian woodlands. The Flint Hills Trail follows portions of the Santa Fe National Historic Trail and is part of the American Discovery Trail.
Manned aid stations are fully stocked with water, Hammer nutrition products, snack foods, sandwiches, chips, candy and gels. Unmanned stations provide water only. Aid stations are placed no more than 6.0 miles apart. Time limits apply by distance, including 30 hour limits for the longest events and shorter limits for shorter distances.
All races start and finish at the Mile 0 Flint Hills trail head which serves as the race hub with crew space, restrooms, music and a food truck. Packet pickup procedures include a required Medical Information Sheet. Pacers, drop bag rules, downgrade and deferral policies, and conduct rules for using the trail are detailed for participants.
