Ultrapalooza is a multi-distance trail event held on the Flint Hills Trail with start and finish at the Mile 0 trail head in Osawatomie, near 1400 South Street. The event uses an out and back route that follows old railroad beds, towpath trail, and sections of single track through the Flint Hills prairie and riparian woodlands alongside the Marais Des Cygnes River. The course surface is flat, crushed gravel and is marked and staffed.

Pacers are allowed for the 100 Miler, 100K, and 50 Miler with distance specific rules and waiver requirements. Runners must submit a completed medical information sheet at packet pickup. Drop bags are accepted at manned aid stations with limits on number and size and must be clearly labeled. The event offers race shirts for registered runners and distance specific awards. Timed running on an about 6 mile crushed limestone loop at Miola Lake near Paola, KS, with a new 10K and 3 hour, 6 hour, 9 hour and 12 hour options plus stocked aid stations.

A 10K-ish trail race at Big Bull Creek Park in Edgerton KS, part of the six-stage Tour de Trail series. Entry fees include a donation to Urban Trail Co; the event is cupless with water aid only and race-specific finishers awards.
