Miola Madness - Fall Edition is a timed running event on a 6ish-mile crushed limestone loop around Miola Lake near Paola, Kansas. Participants can start their chosen event anytime within a 12-hour window, as long as they finish by 7:00 PM.

Course and Facilities

The course is a loop around Miola Lake. The event uses a main Race Hub at the boat ramp trailhead, which serves as the start and finish area. This area has restrooms and space for crews. A dog park and beach are nearby. The course has one primary, fully stocked aid station and one secondary station with fluids only. Hammer Nutrition provides electrolyte drinks, gels, and other performance fuel.

Participation Details

The event is described as "no frills, just fun." Runners can cover as much or as little distance as they wish within their chosen time limit. The new 10K distance has inaugural records available.
