The start and finish are located at the boat ramp trail head, which also serves as the main race hub. The race hub includes restrooms, access for crews, a nearby dog park, and is a short drive from the beach. The course features one primary, abundantly stocked aid station and one secondary aid station with fluids only. Hammer Nutrition will provide electrolyte drink, gels, and other performance fuel at the aid station.
Event rules require runners to stay on the designated trail, keep pets on a leash, avoid littering, and respect volunteers and park staff. Crews must meet runners only at designated crew access aid stations. There are no refunds, transfers, or deferrals for this event and the event takes place regardless of weather. This event is the third race in the Miola Madness three part series. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
