Miola Madness - Fall Edition

Miola Madness Fall Edition is a timed running event held at Miola Lake near 22470 W 299th Street in Paola, KS. The event uses a roughly 6 mile crushed limestone loop around the lake. Runners may cover as much distance as they can within their chosen time period or run a single distance.

All races start and finish at the boat ramp trail head, which serves as the main Race Hub. The Race Hub includes restrooms, access for crews, a nearby dog park, and a short drive to the beach. There is one primary abundantly stocked aid station and a secondary fluids only aid station. Hammer Nutrition will provide electrolyte drink, gels, and other performance fuel. Crew members are asked to meet runners only at designated crew access aid stations.

Event rules include keeping pets on a leash, no littering, staying on the designated trail, and treating volunteers and park staff with respect. The 10K is a new distance for this event and inaugural event records are available; anyone setting or breaking a record will receive a record setter sign. No refunds, transfers, or deferrals are available and the event will take place regardless of the weather. This event is the third race in the three event Miola Madness Series.
