Course, aid and rules

The course is a roughly 6-mile crushed limestone loop around Miola Lake. Start and finish are at the boat ramp trail head, which serves as the main Race Hub and has restrooms, a nearby dog park, and a short drive to the beach. The Race Hub is identified as the main area for crews.

There is one primary, abundantly stocked aid station and one secondary fluid-only aid station. Hammer Nutrition will provide electrolyte drink, gels, and other performance fuel. Event rules require pets to be on a leash, prohibit littering, and require runners to stay on the designated trail. Crews must use designated crew access aid stations and participants must be respectful of volunteers and park staff. No refunds, transfers, or deferrals are available; the event will take place regardless of the weather. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
