Personal music devices are allowed with headphones at a volume that permits awareness of others. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult for the entire race.

Awards include first, second and third places for woman, man and non binary categories. All participants receive a handmade finishers award specific to the stage, and athletes who complete all six races in the series receive a special finishers award.
