Psycho Psummer Run Toto Run
This is a multi-distance trail event at Wyandotte County Lake Park in Kansas City, KS. The course is a 10.4 mile loop run on a mix of bridle and single-track trails through a hardwood forest. About 85 percent of the route is shaded and the surface is dirt except where trails cross roads. Runners will encounter notable hills and regular elevation change, with occasional views of Wyandotte County Lake.

- 50K: three loops of the 10.4 mile course
- 20 Mile: two loops of the 10.4 mile course
- 10 Mile: one loop of the 10.4 mile course
The event is limited to 100 entrants total and enforces a nine hour time limit. Multiple aid stations are provided each loop; some are staffed and some unstaffed. Staffed stations offer water, Gatorade sports drink, soda, chips and pretzels, fruit, ice, and basic first aid. Aid stations are spaced at less than three miles apart on the loop, but all entrants must carry a water bottle or hydration device.
Drop bags are permitted for the 20 mile and 50K distances and can be left at the start/finish area for retrieval each loop. Human pacers are allowed only for the final 10 miles of the 50K, limited to one pacer per runner and requiring a pacer bib. No dogs are allowed.
