Psycho Psummer Run Toto Run

Psycho Psummer Run Toto Run is a trail running event at Wyandotte County Lake Park in Kansas City, KS. The event uses a 10.4-mile loop of mixed bridle and single-track trails through hardwood forest, with about 85 percent shade and occasional views of Wyandotte County Lake. The terrain is hilly with notable elevation change per loop.

Distances offered:

• 50K - three 10.4-mile loops
• 20 Mile - two 10.4-mile loops
• 10 Mile - one 10.4-mile loop

Multiple aid stations are placed around the course, with staffed stations providing water, Gatorade, soft drinks, fruit, chips, ice, and minor first aid. Unstaffed water-only stations are also used; aid stations are spaced at less than three miles apart. Entrants must carry a personal water bottle or hydration device to participate. Drop bags are permitted for the 20 Mile and 50K distances and are available at the main start/finish aid station each loop.

The event is limited to 100 entrants total and enforces a nine hour time limit for completing the course. Pacers are allowed only for the final 10 miles of the 50K, one pacer per runner with a pacer bib required. Packet pickup is available only on race day at the race location.
