Psycho Psummer Run Toto Run

The Psycho Psummer Run Toto Run is a trail running event held at Wyandotte County Lake Park in Kansas City, KS. The course is a 10.4 mile loop of mixed bridle and single-track trails through hardwood forest, roughly 85 percent shaded, with occasional views of Wyandotte County Lake and notable elevation change on each loop. The terrain is all dirt trails except for road crossings. Distances offered - *50K* (three 10.4 mile loops) - *20 mile* (two 10.4 mile loops) - *10 mile* (one 10.4 mile loop) The event is limited to 100 entrants total.

There is a 9 hour time limit. Multiple aid stations are placed around the loop, some staffed and some unstaffed; staffed stations provide water, Gatorade, select sodas, fruit, chips, ice and minor first aid. Drop bags are permitted for the 20 mile and 50K distances and will be available at the main start/finish aid station each loop. All entrants must carry a water bottle or personal hydration device while on course; aid stations are spaced less than three miles apart but organizers emphasize personal hydration because of hilly and potentially hot conditions.

Pacers are allowed only for the final 10 miles of the 50K, limited to one human pacer per runner, and no canine pacers are permitted. Packet pickup is available only on race day at the race location. No refunds; deferral rules apply. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
