Psycho Psummer Run Toto Run

The event is a trail running race held at Wyandotte County Lake Park in Kansas City, KS, using Shelter #2 as the start and finish area. The course is a 10.4-mile loop on a mix of bridle and single-track trails through hardwood forest, about 85 percent shaded, with occasional views of Wyandotte County Lake. The terrain is hilly with noticeable elevation change per loop.

Distances offered:

  • 50-Kilometer (three loops)
  • 20-Mile (two loops)
  • 10-Mile (one loop)

Entrants must carry a water bottle or hydration device to participate. Multiple aid stations appear on each loop; some are staffed and provide water, Gatorade, soda, fruit, chips, ice, and minor first aid, while other stations are unstaffed and water only. The main start/finish aid station offers full service and drop bag access for 20-mile and 50K runners at each 10-mile loop.

The field is limited to 100 entrants total. Pacers are allowed only for the final 10 miles of the 50K; one pacer per runner, with pacers registering on race day and receiving a pacer bib. Packet pickup is available only on race day at the race location, beginning one hour prior to each race. No refunds; deferrals are permitted with at least 10 days notice.
