About the race
Psycho Wyco Run Toto Run is a trail running event on February 20, 2027, at Shelter #2, Wyandotte County Lake Park in Kansas City, KS. The event is organized by Trail Nerds and is limited to 190 participants.
The course is a looped trail on rocky, root‑bound, and very hilly single track and bridle trails. Each loop is approximately 10.4 miles (wheel‑measured 10.35 miles) and contains about 1,300 feet of elevation gain, with three of the largest hills located in the final two miles of each loop. Trail conditions vary and can be muddy, frozen, or dry and firm.
Distances:
- 50K: three 10.4 mile loops, technical single track and bridle trail
- 20M: two 10.4 mile loops
- 10M: one 10.4 mile loop
Aid and logistics include a main aid station at the start/finish area, a single drop bag location for 20M and 50K, race photos available for download, and GPS course maps. Finishers receive distance specific hardware and stickers; 50K finishers receive wearable finisher swag. Unique awards are given for 1st through 3rd male and female finishers in each distance.
The event policy states no refunds; entrants may defer to the following year if they notify the Race Director at least ten days before the event via the UltraSignup registration site. Packet pickup takes place at the race location. Pacers are allowed for 50K under specified restrictions, and canine pacers are permitted on leash with on site sign up.
