Event Overview

The Tour de Trail: Cedar Niles is part of a series of six events showcasing trail systems in the Kansas City area. The event welcomes runners and hikers. A portion of each entry fee is donated to a local trail organization. Participants who complete all six races in the series receive a special finisher's award.

Race Details

The course is approximately 10k in distance, but the exact length may vary between 5.5 and 6.5 miles depending on trail conditions. An alternate route will be prepared in case of trail closures due to weather. The course is marked and will be explained in a pre-race briefing. Participants have 4 hours to finish.

Registration and Fees

Individual race registration is $50, which includes a $5 donation to the local trail organization. Race-day registration is available for $60. Discounted pricing is offered for registering for all six series races at once.

Participant Guidelines

The event is cupless; participants must provide their own hydration device. Water is available at an aid station. Cold drinks and light snacks are provided at the finish line. Dogs are allowed if leashed and under control. Participants are responsible for safe road crossings and must follow the marked course; littering is prohibited.

Awards
