Trail crossings are signed and marked with blazes; runners are responsible for following markers to stay on course.

- West Park Road: 10.5 and 13 miles, crew access, drop bags allowed

Pre-race briefing and packet pickup occur on the morning of the event; drop bags must be left on race morning 15 minutes before each distance’s scheduled start time.
Registration and entry policies note that distance changes, deferrals, and other adjustments are governed by deadlines and conditions, including an August 1 deadline for many options and limits on transfers and refunds. An alternate course may be used if trails are unsafe. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
