The Memorial Day Trail Run is scheduled for Saturday, May 23 on the Belcher Tract at Oak Mountain State Park in Pelham, AL. The starting location is the iron gate at the north entrance to the Belcher Tract, just off Highway 280. There is a $5 per person fee to park at that entrance.

Packet pickup and late registration are available the day before at Mountain High Outfitters and also the morning of the race at Oak Mountain State Park. Registration closes Wednesday, May 20 at 11:59 PM CT. The organizer notes that Friday packet pickup is at Mountain High Outfitters, 2000 Oak Mountain State Park Road.
Shirt cutoff is May 9; registrations after that date may not be guaranteed a race shirt, though extras are ordered and leftover shirts may be available after the event. Active military may run free of charge; current military ID is required at packet pickup. A coupon code is provided by the organizer for online registration.
This event is the third race in the Southeastern Trail Series and is described by the organizer as longer and somewhat harder than the first two races. Place awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers, with age group awards including Masters 40-49, Grand Master 50-59, Ultra Grand Master 60+, and 16 and under male and female categories.
