Halloween Havoc Half Marathon is a Halloween-themed night trail race held at Oak Mountain State Park in Pelham, Alabama. Distance options are 13 miles or 6 miles, run as loop courses through hills, single-track, and jeep roads. The 13-mile course has one full aid station at halfway; the 6-mile has a midway water stop.

Cut-offs are generous, so runners may run or hike. The event features a costume contest, post-race pizza, refreshments, and music. Participants receive a race shirt and a custom pint glass; awards go to the top 3 male and female finishers in each distance.
