Suwanee, United States • 25 Apr 2026

Event

Loop The Hooch takes place on April 25, 2026, at Chattahoochee Pointe Park in Suwanee, GA (5790 Chattahoochee Pointe Dr). The event includes these race options:

  • 50K Solo
  • 25K Solo
  • 50K Relay (teams up to five)

The Solo 50K served as an RRCA State Championship race in 2025. For 2026, there are cash prizes of $500 for each solo runner or team that beats the current 50K course records. The current male 50K course record is 3:29:03.

Course and logistics

The course uses a winding 5 kilometer gravel and dirt loop along the Chattahoochee River. Runners complete multiple loops to reach the race distances; the 50K equals ten loops. The course is described as fast and flat.

Relay teams collectively run the full 50K and may divide loops how they choose. Options include each member running two loops (about 10 km) or one loop (about 5 km) before switching. Every team member wears a bib with a timing chip. A designated relay transition zone is identified on the course map where the next runner meets the previous runner. For 2026, teams are limited to a maximum of two vehicles at the park. Bib and shirt pickup is available the day before at the local running store in Suwanee.
