Event Overview

The Little Carolina Trail Fest is a summer evening trail event on Saturday, June 20, 2026. It is held at the Lagoon Picnic Area in the Rocky River Reservation of the Cleveland Metroparks in Olmsted Falls, Ohio.

How It Works

The event is based on a 5 km looped trail course. During registration, participants choose a target distance. All paces and styles are allowed, including hiking, rucking, walking, and running.

  • 5 km Ruck (includes a patch)
  • 10 km Ruck (includes a patch)
  • Fest Entry (access to the afterparty without running)

All participants who complete a run or ruck distance receive a custom finisher medal and a distance pin. The event also includes a chip-timed race and a custom race shirt.

Post-Race Festivities

An afterparty takes place after the race, featuring live bluegrass music and a beer garden. Participants receive their first beverage in the beer garden.
