The Cuyahoga Valley 5K and Family Fun Run at Old Trail School is scheduled for June 6, 2026 in Akron, OH (2315 Ira Rd, 44333). The event includes a 5K cross-country race and a 1-mile family fun run. The 5K course uses natural, wooded paths and trails that weave in and out of Cuyahoga Valley National Park and includes 112 ft of elevation gain. The family fun run takes place on a flat, all-grass loop around Old Trail School athletic fields and the on-site solar array.

Registration opens December 1, 2025. Entry fees listed are $35 for the 5K and $12 for the 1-mile fun run. Jogging strollers are not recommended on the 5K course.
