Lakeland Paws Dawn 2 Dusk is a canicross event based at Whinlatter Forest, England’s only mountain forest. Participants can run solo or in pairs, aiming to complete as many 7 km loops as possible within daylight hours (roughly eight hours). Each loop climbs about 300 meters, and the course blends wide forest roads with short sections of single-track, offering stunning views and a demanding climb rather than flat ground.
