Lake Tahoe Trail Festival : Zephyr Point, Zephyr Cove

The Lake Tahoe Trail Festival is a three-day trail running event based at a lakeside headquarters in Zephyr Point, Zephyr Cove, Nevada. Each day features two route choices, with runners taking on sections of the Tahoe Rim Trail, Flume Trail and Pacific Crest Trail and summiting nearby peaks such as Donner Peak and Marlette Peak.

Courses mix dirt road, technical single track, flowy trail and rocky sections. Runners can expect significant elevation gain across the event; daily routes are still being finalized and actual mileage may change. Over the three days participants may accumulate about 60 to 70 miles in total.

Each morning participants are shuttled from the headquarters to the day's start and returned to the headquarters after the finish. Evenings are spent at the lakeside headquarters to rest and connect with other runners.

The event is offered as an all-inclusive package. Included items listed are four nights lodging, catered meals, recovery options such as massage and yoga, event merchandise, and finisher medals.
