The Half Marathon and 35K cross No Hands Bridge; longer distances include extended climbs and descents. Hiking or trekking poles are permitted.

Aid stations provide a range of foods and beverages including gels, chews, PB&J sandwiches, salty snacks, soda, water, and Skratch Labs hydration. This is a cupless event; runners are required to carry their own water bottle or reusable cup. Drop bag service is not available.

Additional facts: event capacity is 400 entrants; races are chip timed with disposable chips attached to bibs; parking within the park and on adjacent streets is free; dogs on leash are allowed in the park.
