Kirkstall Rock up n' Run is a pop up Summer Series running event organised by Its Grim Up North Running. The next scheduled race date is 7 May 2026. The event offers two distance options:

  • 5k : entry fee about £10–£12
  • 10k : entry fee about £15–£17

All runners receive a medal, and hot food plus a beer or soft drink are available for participants.
