The Bunny Run Relay

The Bunny Run Relay is a team-based running event held in Haworth, United Kingdom. It serves as the final installment of the Bunny Run series and concludes with a presentation for the overall series competitors. The relay is organized by the Wharfedale Harriers and takes place at the end of April.

Participants compete in teams of three. Each athlete completes a single lap that follows the long lap used in the individual Bunny Runs. The course features the following specifications:

  • 1.5 miles (approx.) per leg
  • 200 feet of elevation gain per leg

Registration for the event is managed at the Old Sun Inn on West Lane. The course is categorized as a CS fell race. The event entry fee is set for the team of three runners.

The relay follows three weeks of individual 4.8 km races held at the same location. These earlier races involve 100 m of elevation gain and are restricted to participants over the age of 12. While the individual races start at the Dimples Lane car park, they all share the central hub of the Old Sun Inn for registration and post-race activities.
