Kintore Summer Festival Fun 5K

The Kintore Summer Festival Fun 5K takes place on 22 May 2026 in Kintore, Great Britain. The route is 5 km with the start and finish located on the playing fields at Kintore School. The event is organised by the Kintore Summer Festival to generate funds for the festival.

This is a FUN 5k event: there are no official timings, and there will be no podium or prizes. A medal will be presented to every entrant at the finish. The route can be shortened to a single loop of the castle for participants who are unable to complete the full distance. Water will not be provided on site to minimise plastic waste, so participants are expected to bring their own water.

All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times for insurance purposes; one adult may accompany multiple children. The event welcomes both runners and walkers and asks that those not planning to run start toward the rear of the field at the beginning to reduce initial congestion.

Registration information lists a fee of £5.00 plus a 6% processing fee, a registration closing time on 22 May 2026, and remaining availability as noted by the organiser. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
