BrewDog Summer Run 2026
The BrewDog Summer Run takes place on 6 June 2026 and is organised as a fun run rather than a race. The planned route finishes at BrewDog DogTap in Ellon and now starts at Archibald Simpsons on Union Street and King Street following the closure of BrewDog Castlegate. There is an alternative start at Dyce to reduce the distance.
Distances:
- Approx 21 miles (34k)
- Approx 15 miles (24k) starting at Dyce
The course runs via the Gallowgate, Haudagain and Dyce, then follows an old railway line into Ellon. Participants should be relatively self sufficient and dress for the prevailing weather. There will be two drinks stations en route stocked with beer, prosecco, snacks and water. Bag transportation will be arranged from Archibald Simpsons and Dyce to DogTap so runners can have a change of clothes at the finish.
On arrival at DogTap there is use of a museum room indoors or outdoor space if conditions allow. Finishers receive a bespoke event medal and a goody bag that includes a special edition t-shirt, beer, snacks and water. A tree can be planted in place of a t-shirt, or both a t-shirt and a tree can be selected for an additional fee. Entry fees vary by date and places are limited. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
