Aid stations are spaced three to five miles apart. The 10k has an aid station at the turnaround. The half marathon has three aid stations with one passed twice. The marathon has six aid stations with two passed twice. Some stations provide limited service with water, gels, electrolytes, and ice. Other stations offer fuller service including PBJ sandwiches, chips, fruit, water, electrolytes, pop, gels, and ice. The event is cup-less; participants should carry their own bottles, bladders, or reusable cups.
Participants pick up race numbers before the event and day-of registration and check-in occur near the start area. Parking is permitted along the side of Owens Road near the start and parking on Highway 397 is not allowed. There are no restrooms on course except a porta-potty at the start. The course is open to traffic so runners must watch for vehicles. Entry fees cover the race, a finisher award, entry into a random drawing, and food along the course and at the finish.
