Chamna Chase takes place on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at Chamna Natural Preserve, 1200 Carrier Rd, Richland, WA. The event offers multiple race distances:
- Half marathon
- 10K
- 6K
The half marathon is a double out and back with a loop in the middle. The 10K follows the first out and back and the loop of the half marathon course. The 6K is a single large loop. Courses use as much dirt trail as possible with occasional rocks; the half marathon and 10K include some pavement sections. The course will be marked with fluorescent tape and course maps will be emailed to entrants before race day.
Halloween costumes are strongly encouraged and there may be prizes for the best costumes. Race t shirts are available for purchase; order by September 15 to allow time for printing. Awards and snacks will be provided for all entrants after the race, and additional sponsor prizes may be given. Dogs are welcome but must be on a leash.
