Event overview
The Hensley Off Road Races take place in early February 2026 at Hensley Lake - Buck Ridge Trail near Raymond, CA (29863 River Rd). The event combines a trail run and mountain bike races on single-track trail with technical sections. Finishers in the 10k and MTB races receive finisher medals. All 10k runners receive a custom event shirt. Awards are given: 10k overall male and female 1st-3rd and 10-year age-group prizes; MTB overall male and female 1st-3rd for each category.

Logistics and rules
Packet pickup is scheduled the day before at Fleet Feet Sports Fresno and on race day at the Buck Ridge Recreation Area. The MTB categories are open to ages 12-99; juniors are open to ages 17 and under; kids ride is for ages 12 and under. MTB numbers must be attached to the front of handlebars with the number facing out. Category lap rules: Cat A = 3 laps, Cat B = 2 laps, Cat C and Juniors = 1 lap; participants may not switch events once the race starts and not finishing required laps results in a DNF. There is no aid station for the 10k, and participants should plan to carry water. Parking requires a $10 self-pay day-use fee; the park kiosk accepts credit cards and federal park passes.
