Hensley Off Road Races

The Hensley Off Road Races take place at Hensley Lake, Buck Ridge Trail, in Raymond, CA. The event includes a 10k trail run and multiple mountain bike race categories held on single track trails with turns, rock gardens, and varied climbs. Runners receive a custom event shirt and finisher medals are planned for the 10k and mountain bike races. Awards are given for 10k overall and 10k age groups, and for MTB overall in each category.

Packet pickup is available at Fleet Feet Sports Fresno and on race day at the Buck Ridge Recreation Area. There is no race day registration. Parking at Buck Ridge requires a self-pay day-use fee of $10 via kiosk; the America the Beautiful pass is accepted. Course markers will use directional signs and orange ribbon. There will not be an aid station for the 10k, so participants should carry water. MTB race numbers must be attached to the front of handlebars with the number facing out. Category rules require completing the assigned laps; incomplete laps are recorded as DNF. Awards not collected on race day are available for pickup at Fleet Feet Sports Fresno. Experience the beauty of the Ruth McKenzie Table Mountain Preserve in Clovis. Run through grasslands and oak woodlands with distances available for all levels including a half marathon and kids races.

A community trail event in Mariposa on April 19, 2026, with 5K and 12K courses starting at the historic courthouse. Aid stations and Search and Rescue support are provided, and children under 18 may participate for free.

Join the SJVDHA for their annual Pacing for Prevention 5K, supporting oral cancer research. Walk or run a paved, scenic trail that welcomes strollers and dogs. Connect with health professionals and participate in wellness activities.
