The Tesoro Viejo Spring Classic takes place on Sunday, March 8, 2026, in Madera, California near the corner of Highway 41 and Tesoro Viejo Blvd. The event offers these distances:

The course leaves the main community hub at Tesoro Viejo and follows the circumference of the community. Routes include bridges, tree-lined lanes, a kissing gate, and the lip of a gulch with wetland views. The course surface is mostly unpaved trails with rolling hills for the half marathon and rolling hills for the 10k. The 5k is about 95 percent on paved trails and is stroller friendly.

Participants receive a gender-specific high performance short-sleeve event shirt and a custom finisher medallion. A post-race festival includes a hot cinnamon roll, locally grown fruit, wine tasting, a beer garden, and live music. The event supports the Tesoro Viejo Conservancy, whose mission is to preserve land, protect wildlife, and improve access to the San Joaquin River. Packet pickup is scheduled for the day before the race at Fleet Feet Fresno - 9447 N Fort Washington Rd.
