Run 4 The Miracle, also known as the Kiwanis River Run, is held at George’s River Ranch in Fresno, California, along the scenic San Joaquin River. This event offers four distances: a 10K trail run on a new river trail, a 5K run/walk suitable for all fitness levels, a timed 2-mile fun run/walk without placement awards, and a non-timed kids’ 1/4 mile fun run for children 10 and under.
