Kiwanis River Run is held at George’s River Ranch on CA-41 in Fresno, California, along the San Joaquin River. The event offers four distances: 10K Trail Run, 5K Run/Walk, 2-Mile Fun Run/Walk, and a Kids 1/4 Mile Fun Run for ages 10 and under. Runners traverse three scenic off-road routes along the river, beneath trees and birdsong in a shaded, park-like setting. Every participant receives a custom T‑shirt, a finisher medal, and a free breakfast. The race also features top-3 awards in the 5K, special overall medals, giveaways, an opportunity drawing, and supports Valley Children’s Hospital’s Pediatric Trauma Injury Prevention Program.
