The Hallow 12 Parish Challenge takes place on Saturday 11 July 2026, starting from Hallow Scout Hut, Playing Fields, Hallow (WR2 6PW). The event is a walk-or-run across local public footpaths that pass through 12 parishes. Routes are mainly off road, circular, and waymarked at key points. Route descriptions and maps will be emailed to entrants and published on the event website a few weeks before the event.

All routes include checkpoint support. Checkpoint counts are provided approximately every 5 miles and vary by route (for example, the 10-mile route has one checkpoint, the 40-mile route has six). Checkpoints provide drinks and simple snacks. Entry fees cover tea and coffee at registration, drinks and snacks at checkpoints, a hot meal at the finish, and a completion certificate. Entries open 1 October 2025 and close 3 July 2026. Online entry is handled via SiEntries; postal entries are also accepted. No entries are taken on the day. Trail runs nearby

Run through autumn woods at the ninth DirtRun Wyre Wizard in Wyre Forest on 23 November 2025, with a scenic trail half marathon or the lively Super Seven. Expect marshals, crisp finish medals and festival style vibes at the visitor centre.

Experience a night run through Wyre Forest on 26 November 2025 with a 10 km course run as two laps under torchlight. Canicross are welcome and every finisher gets a medal while prizes await the top three in each gender.

Take on the Winter Bumble Bimble 5 mile trail run from the Park Gate Inn in Bromsgrove on Sunday 30 November 2025. Entries are limited to 300 and all finishers get a medal as you tackle woodland, rolling fields and muddy scenic trails.

Run a scenic, traffic free 6.5 mile (about 10K) lap of Croome Park with a big hill to start and finish. Trail shoes are recommended and all finishers receive medals and goody bags.
