Grouse Grind Mountain Run

North Vancouver, Canada • 7 Sep 2025

Grouse Grind Mountain Run returns to Grouse Mountain in North Vancouver, BC, on Sunday, September 7, 2025, to raise funds for North Shore Rescue. The event centers on the iconic Grouse Grind trail, inviting runners to chase personal bests while supporting a volunteer rescue team. Participants select start waves based on their estimated grind time to manage the steep ascent. After finishing on the mountaintop plaza, runners enjoy a celebration with live DJ music, an awards ceremony, a recovery zone, BBQ, and sponsor giveaways. Registration includes a timing bib, a post-race beer, bag transfer, and post-race access; a cupless policy supports sustainability. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
