The Grisedale Grind fell race takes place on Wed 15 Apr 2026 in the Lake District, England. The race category is AS and the venue is Revelin Moss, opposite Whinlatter Visitor Centre, CA12 5TW. Entry and logistics

Rules and permits

Teams are not allowed. The event holds a permit and UK Athletics insurance via the FRA. Full FRA minimum kit is required, although organisers may reduce requirements on the day. Take on Orrest Sun Up in Windermere on Sun 21 Dec 2025, a bracing one mile climb to Orrest Head with stunning Lake District views. Entry on the day from The Phoenix Centre is £5 with donations supporting local community charities.
