The Duddon Valley Fell Race, held at the Newfield Inn in Seathwaite, Duddon Valley, is a challenging category A fell running event. It features two courses: the Long race covers 18 miles with 6,000 feet of ascent over peaks including Harter, Hardknott, and Swirl How, while the Short race spans 10 miles with 3,000 feet of climb up Dow and Caw.
